Chef-to-Chef
The Chef-to-Chef Conference brings together professional chefs from across the country, particularly from the private club world, to share culinary knowledge and experiences through keynote speeches, panel discussions, cooking demonstrations, and networking.
I led a small team covering the event, producing seminar recordings, interviews with 12 executive chefs, and footage of an Iron Chef-style cooking competition. The trip also took us to Key Largo, Florida, where we produced a mini-documentary about Ocean Reef Club, the largest private club in the United States.
